Who are They? Where are They?
1
Inside a somber little room,
In the Home Care for the Aged.
2
He lay there still, motionless,
Eyes on the ceiling, so far away,
Tears freely falls on his rippled cheek,
Alone, left and forgotten is he.
3
His life; the sorrows, the happiness,
His dreams; unfulfilled or came true,
His thoughts, his feelings, who cares,
Gasping for breath, his end is near.
4
White uniforms that come in and out,
Checking the machine monitoring his life,
Shrugging their shoulders upon hearing,
Him murmuring, calling some names.
5
Who are THEY?
Where are They?
